Chief Medical Affairs Officer, Bryleos

Dr. Rocco Crapis

Specializing in nervous system regulation, human performance, and the clinical translation of emerging biomedical innovation using advanced NAD+ protocols.

A Patient First. A Doctor Second.

For a year and a half, rashes covered 70 percent of Dr. Rocco body. Heavy metal and mold toxicity had turned into a full-body crisis, and no one could explain it.

He spent ~$25,000 of his own money and called in another ~$40,000 worth of favors. pharmaceuticals, traditional medicine, holistic dermatology, fasting protocols, elimination diets, or other medical professionals suggested. He or the people around him could think of. Nothing moved.

Then a trusted colleague handed him a jar of LathMize® NAD+ and said it was good for his liver. Medical professional man who tries interventions without clinical research. He was also out of options, so he took it. Seven days later he was 60 percent better. Two months later the rashes were gone.

“It's not survival of the fittest, it's survival of the most adaptable. Life is about increasing cellular and nervous system adaptability.”

That sent him down a rabbit hole. Late nights, running to 2 or 3 in the morning, reading about the NAD+ molecule, how it works and what the research shows. Two years of that turned into a title, and ultimately shaped the clinical philosophy behind Bryleos.

The Same Instinct, One Level Deeper

As the creator of the Neural Tension Release System (NTRS), Dr. Rocco addresses tension patterns in the nervous system from the outside. NTRS and LNAD+ come from the same instinct, overlapping more than he initially expected.

Bryleos' pre-clinical research shows LNAD+ crossing into the spinal cord, reaching neurons, axons, and the pathways that carry signals. It's the same system, approached from the opposite direction.

“I've spent my whole career trying to make the nervous system adapt faster. LNAD+ is the same idea, just one level deeper, at the cell.”
